Researchers, lecturers, students, and alumni will be on hand to tell you everything you need to know about studying at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This two-hour event gives you plenty of time to ask all your questions and get clear answers regarding our programs, study tracks, life on Rehovot campus, the admissions process, and more.

Then all you need is a stable internet connection; while using a smartphone is an option, we recommend you join us via a desktop computer to take advantage of the larger screen.

All our international programs are taught in English. English is widely spoken on campus and throughout Israel.

You don’t need to have any background in Hebrew, but you are invited to take courses to learn Hebrew during your studies, or choose from 30 other language courses HUJI offers.

In general, there are no entrance exams, as long as you meet the program’s criteria. Some specific programs do require screening processes, such as a personal interview.

Most mainstream English proficiency exams are accepted, including IELTS, TOFEL, etc. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have a specific exam to ask about.

Acceptance criteria include your transcripts from a recognized leading university, a personal statement, CV, and letters of recommendation. Some courses require a specific GMAT score or other pre-requisites.

Yes, we offer a broad range of scholarship opportunities, including merit-based, need-based, and by country of origin. In many of our research-based programs, acceptance to the program includes a tuition scholarship as well as a living stipend. We encourage you to look to other sources as well; scholarships are offered by Masa, ISEF, AFHU, and many foundations.
